I opened Shamrock Medical Management & Consulting after
seeing the opportunity to utilize my nursing education, skills and
experience to help people navigate through the health care system.

I have worked as a professional registered nurse since 1992.
These many years of experience have provided me with first-hand
knowledge of the health care system and its inner workings. In
addition to my direct care nursing practice, I have also served in
the capacities of utilization review coordinator and medical case
manager. These unique nursing roles have provided me with the
insight into managed care organizations and a variety of insurance
specialties including elder care, catastrophic illness/injury and
worker’s compensation. I have been certified as a legal nurse
consultant since 2002. In 2004 I obtained certification in case
management and life care planning.

I am also the President of Shamrock Institute. The Institute is an
educational center dedicated to serving the needs of women in
business. Shamrock Institute provides education, resources and
coaching to entrepreneurs wanting to start or grow a business.
The Institute promotes the growth and success of nurse
entrepreneurs.

I am the founder and director of Lighthouse Medical
Management, Inc. With over 14 years of medical
experience, I have had the opportunity to gain first
hand knowledge in different areas of the health care
system. Most of my nursing experience has entailed
geriatrics and for the past 8 years, surgery. Three
years ago, I began sub-contracting my services for
case management appointments for Kelly, at
Shamrock Medical Management & Consulting, Inc.
After a year, I was so interested in this field of
nursing; I ventured out and started my own business,
Lighthouse Medical Management, Inc. I recently
acquired my Life Care Planning Certification and now
offer this service as well.

Patrick O’Reilly BS, DC
President and owner of St. Michael's

My name is Patrick O'Reilly, the founder of St.
Michael’s Medical Management and Consulting. I
attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and
have a B.S. in human science. I attended Palmer
College of Chiropractic and received my D.C.
degree in 1998. I have served as the director of
rehabilitation and physical therapy at a
multidisciplinary clinic. I am national board certified
in physiotherapy and have advanced training in
impairment and disability ratings.

I have extensive case management experience in
occupational health, rehabilitation, chiropractic, and
soft-tissue injuries.

I also provide medical record review and FCE
testing. My company provides the services needed
to eliminate overutilization of treatment and control
the costs associated with unnecessary services.

St. Michael’s Consulting provides medical records
review on chiropractic and physical therapy cases
for multiple carriers in Wisconsin.

Jeri Shelton, RN, CCM
ProCare Case Management
Covering Central Indiana

I have been a registered nurse since
1995, and now I am the President of my
own company; ProCare Case
Management, which I started in 2005.
My experience as an RN started in the
hospital med-surg unit at IU Hospital in
Indianapolis. From there I advanced
into a position as Office Manager/Case
Manager for a home health care
company, which lead me into working for
a national nurse consulting firm primarily
in worker's comp, where I worked for 7
years before starting my own company.
I have enjoyed the field of worker's
comp and with the many years of
experience, I feel I have much to offer.
I am an active member for my county's
emergency health preparedness team,
and I volunteer at the local senior
services as a friendly visitor.
